Approximately 1950 Norwegian companies will be affected by the new reporting requirements from 2025 and will need to report in 2026.

Marc Jourdan
Senior Manager, Position Green
Marc is a Senior Manager with Position Green Norway, focusing on sustainability strategy and reporting projects, including CSRD Double MaterialityAssessments. He is a qualified UK lawyer with 10 years of experience advising organizations on sustainability topics such as climate change, the circular economy, and modern slavery. Marc was the Policy & Engagement Lead for IEMA, a global membership organization for sustainability professionals, and Sustainability Hub Norway. He has led several expert networks and drafted consultation responses to key regulatory and industry-standard proposals. Marc has also worked at the United Nations on public policy issues, including the SDGs.

Robin Kålås
Associate, Position Green

Robin works in the ESG Strategy and Communication Team and specializes in CRSD and double materiality. Prior to joining Position Green, Robin worked as an intern at KPMG, where he was engaged in double materiality analysis and the development of methodology for this. He was also engaged as a resource on ESRS. Robin wrote his master’s thesis on the relationship between CSRD-aligned reporting and share returns for Norwegian companies. Robin holds a Master of Business Administration from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU).
