The Corporate Social Responsibility Directive (CSRD) and various European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) require companies to disclose information related to environmental, social, and governance issues to promote transparency and sustainability in corporate practices. To help companies integrate the directive into their business practices, the UN Global Compact Network Switzerland and Liechtenstein is organizing a series of webinars.
The webinar series aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the CSRD/ESRS and its specific requirements.
The objectives of the webinar series include:
- Introduction to the CSRD/ESRS and its requirements
- Exploring the intricacies of ESRS 1 and ESRS 2
- Overview of the topical ESRS and their expectations as well as deep dives into specific standards
- Gaining theoretical as well as practical insights into key components of the directive and insights into approaches by peers
- Platform for questions, answers, and discussions among professionals
