To ensure that all stakeholders are fully involved in the creation of the UN Business Arena and to bring together diverse local and global business perspectives, a high-level meeting will be convened on 5 June 2023. This meeting will engage key representatives from business, government, civil society and academia in dialogue and collaborative action to advance sustainable development through transformative missions. The focus will be on identifying concrete steps and partnerships to drive progress towards achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The meeting will be attended by global heads of the main partners, including the Business for Peace Foundation, UN Global Compact, UNDP, ICC, PRI, NHO, City of Oslo, and Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with the goal of building momentum towards the eventual Arena happening in 2024. The meeting will be held on 5 June, 2023, at Askeladdens Hus, which is situated within the Soria Moria Hotel in Oslo. The event will begin at 10 am.
